100g digestive biscuits
2 tablespoons coconut
2 tablespoons drinking chocolate
50g margarine
small tin condensed milk
chocolate vermicelli
Method:
- Crush biscuits finely and mix with chocolate and coconut
- Melt margarine over low heat; add condensed milk and stir together until completely melted (do not let milk turn brown.
- Mix in the dry ingredients, leave until slightly cold, then roll into balls or logs and toss in chocolate vermicelli.
